Trash & Smash
The team will travel across the bridge and archers will start to spawn in. for people with low stamina be careful as you may get knocked down.
Once the archers have been taken down the group turn to focus the next waves of ads before the first boss
War Priests After a short amount of time they will drop fairly large aoes on the ground they glow goldish/yellow. These aoes will empower trash in that area and will prolong a fight by buffing the enemy. Remember if it has a banner then its a priority!
Flame Shapers These will raise their hands and shoot out fireballs to the group and if they're not interrupted then it can lead to death. These will spawn in the second wave and if the tank range taunts the right hand set of flame shapers and then hard taunts the closer ones with your stabby taunt you can run into the alcove in the back wall and they will group up nicely, all DDs have to be mindful of is their interrupt.
Ra Kotu
Large Air Atro accompanied by some banner ads, they will usually die in cleave and aoe damage but take them out either way. Tank as usual will face the boss away from the group.
Whirlwinds Theres a few whirlwinds that target players for a short amount of time, stacking or standing in these can be dangerous so just take a few steps to the left and right and it will move onto the next player who will do the same. Group should be loose stacked so these aoes dont overlap and healers covering the space from the back.
Sword Throw The boss will cross its arms and then throw out 4 swords in either direction, the group can stack between the shoulder blades to avoid this attack, be careful as these swords will return and have the potential to hit a player twice.
Spinning BS as you approach the last quarter of the fight Ra Kotu has a spinning attack which is constant, has a large aoe and will kill a player stood in silly too long, keep an eye on the health and take a few steps back the hit box for this boss is massive you will still be able to hit with daggers from the edge of the danger zone. Tanks can either kite this across the back wall until it stops or if they're chunky enough they can stand in place and take it.
Group Splits
MT should be in the left group with a healer and the OT and other H in the right group, dds will even themselves out between the two. Do NOT mess about with players or pets near the lower gate, pick your team and your side commit to it and then walk in and to the back. If a pet or player gets caught in the gate you will have to reset and start again!
Both sides will fight bits of trash as the go along their paths. The left group are stuck in chamber sections until the right group pull the leavers to let them through.
Once a gate is open downstairs players can go straight through and any remaining ads will not follow.
Right group will have the tank take taunt of the trash while a dd runs past without getting aggro and will pull the levers. if you're unable to do it this way once you are out of combat the levers are free to ise and the group downstairs can continue.
Gargoyles These have 2 conal breath attacks which will be aimed at the tank, once these have happened the gargoyle will slam the ground and an aoe will surround it, this can be a bit of a danger zone amongst big trash mobs so be careful, the gargoyle is also locked in place during breath so tanks can just stand to the side of it without expending resources.
Yokeda Rok'dun & Yokeda Kai
Right Group Rok'dun - After facing a wave or 2 of trash the gates open and the boss appears with some Welwas, Rok'dun is an archer so he will run off from time to time but if the tank holds taunt of both him and the Welwas and hides behind a pillar he will run back to the same spot making it easier to drop aoes and ulti. The Welwas can be ignored as they will only die temporarily, they then return bigger which will put a strain on your tank. Focus all damage on boss and watch out for the donkey kick from the welwas it can be a bit nasty.
Left Group Kai - This boss will split off into multiple versions, the group will need to identify the one with a health bar above his head and that's your priority, the other will just need to be interrupted.
Meteors He will target a player and a meteor will fall down into that are, players will need to get out of it quickly and is likely to hurt if it hits. These will be dropped intermittently through the fight.
The Warrior
For starter groups going into this make sure everyone has a shield or heal to survive starfall, it can get very messy sometimes!
Theres 2 statues either side with glowing auras, one is a health buff and the other is a damage buff, these will be present for a short time at the beginning of the fight.
Shield Throw
The boss will throw out his shield in a straight line, the aoe is a large rectangle and must be moved out of. It will knock you down and in some instances kill you.
Jump
From time to time the boss will jump away, this will either be to someone whos far away or to smash the 2 buff statues. He will always return to the tank and when he jumps be careful of the large aoe that he will land in.
Banner Beauts the group will be joined intermittently by ads, Flame shapers and destroyers will come in and will just be brought to the stack by the OT, remember to interrupt the flame ones!
Starfall
The last quarter of this fight sees the Warrior raise his arms and bring the walls down, this signals to your group to get into a loose stack and a healer at either side. during starfall an aoe is placed on each player and they will take damage from the sparkles. Players must stand still in their given positions to survive this and block cast.
If a player dies during this mechanic try to get them up as quick as possible so they can regain stamina to survive the next bout of starfall. If you dont think you have enough time to get up just wait until the following starfall has finished. This can be the trickiest part of the fight here and if can be a heavy drain on healers and training groups!
Sword Swoosh
Instead of a shield throw the boss will put his 2H into the ground and send out a wave of aoe damage in a line (this aoe is the same size as the shield throw aoe so it cant be missed)
